Common questions
Do you haul concrete?
No. We do not haul concrete. Ask us about other debris and yard waste on our yard waste page.
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed Sunday.
How do I get a price?

Is the price firm before you load?
Yes. We confirm the volume price (and any add-ons) before we start loading.
Why is there a mattress or appliance add-on?
Mattresses and many appliances have extra handling or disposal costs. Those fees are listed on the pricing page.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Same-day is usually available when you request it and a slot is open. There is a +$25 add-on. It is not guaranteed.
Do I need items at the curb?
No. We carry items out from inside the home when access is safe and clear. Stairs are +$15 per flight.
Do you move pianos or hot tubs?
Pianos are a $300 flat rate. Small hot tubs (2 to 4 seaters) are a $500 flat rate. We do not take larger hot tubs. These are specialty jobs — text a photo first.
What cities do you serve?
Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, and Fallbrook, CA.
How does volume pricing work?
You pay for how much space your items take in our truck and trailer: $100 minimum, $200 quarter, $300 half, $400 three-quarters, $500 full.
